I'm Richard Ferrante, a current PA student with more than 15 years of military service and over 10 years of experience teaching in the medical field. My background also includes emergency medicine as a former paramedic. I earned acceptance into a competitive PA program on my first application attempt.
I created PA Pathway Coaching to help applicants communicate the experiences, dedication and perspective they already bring to the table. My approach is practical, encouraging and centered on authentic communication—not rehearsed perfection.
Coaching is provided by a current PA student, not a licensed PA or a representative of any admissions program.

Do I need an interview invitation already?
No. Coaching can help you prepare ahead of time or focus on an upcoming interview.
Is this just a mock interview?
No. You'll practice interview questions and receive targeted coaching on how you communicate your answers, plus a written plan for continued practice.
Can coaching guarantee admission?
No. Admissions decisions belong to each PA program. Our goal is to help you prepare and present your authentic experience clearly.
